ITINERARY
(Tour GLD01) Self-Drive to Esperance Coastal Discovery - 5 Nights/6 Days
Day 1:
Distance: 347 kms
Accomodation: Lake Grace
Depart in the morning, travelling on the Kwinana Freeway south towards Armadale, then on Albany Highway through the town of Williams, Arthur River and to Wagin, home of Woolorama Merino Stud Industry and the Giant Ram.
Next, continue to Dumbleyung which has the largest open lake in Western Australia’s south west and Kukerin, an area covered with sandalwood trees. Head to Lake Grace for overnight accommodation.

Day 2:
Distance: 373 kms
Accomodation: Esperance (Your choice of accommodation for B&B, Motels & Apartments)
Depart in the morning, travelling east to Lake King, a small farming township of wheat and sheep, then south to Ravensthorpe, joining the South Coast Highway to the historical town of Esperance. Esperance is a tourist destination offering beautiful beaches, National Parks and unique marine life.

Day 3 and 4:
Distance: kms
Enjoy your day at leisure in Esperance to explore the many tourist sites including a 4WD Tour to Cape Legrand National Park and a cruise to Woody Island.

Day 5:
Distance: 383 kms
Accomodation: Hyden
Depart Esperance in the morning. On your return journey travel via Ravensthorpe to Hyden (Wave Rock) for your overnight accommodation.

Day 6:
Distance: 338 kms
After visiting the great geological and historical wonders of Hyden; which includes Wave Rock, Mulka’s Cave, Hippos Yawn, Lake Magic and the State Barrier Fence, depart for the township of Corrigin. Visit the Corrigin Dog Cemetery before heading back on Brookton Highway to Kelmscott, then to Perth.

(Tour GLD02) Self-Drive to Central Wheatbelt - 2 Nights/3 Days
Day 1:
Distance: 260 kms
Accomodation: Merredin
Depart in the morning from Perth, travelling in an easterly direction to Midland and on Toodyay Road to the small country towns of Toodyay, Northam and Merredin for your overnight accommodation.

Day 2:
Distance: 185 kms
Accomodation: Hyden
Depart for Bruce Rock in the morning, then travel through the farming towns of Narembeen, Kondinin and Hyden (Wave Rock) – visit the great geological and historical wonders of Hyden; which includes Wave Rock, Mulka’s Cave, Hippos Yawn, Lake Magic and the State Barrier Fence.

Day 3:
Distance: 340 kms
Today you make your return journey back to Perth travelling via Corrigin. Arrange for a stop at the Corrigin Dog Cemetery. Next, continue to Quairading, historical York, and Perth.

(Tour GLD03) Self-Drive The Golden Pipeline - 4 Nights/5 Days
Day 1:

Accomodation: Southern Cross
Depart Perth in the morning, travelling in an easterly direction to Midland and on the Great Eastern Highway to the agricultural town of Northam and Merredin to Southern Cross for your overnight accommodation.
Day 2:
Distance: 185 kms
Accomodation: Kalgoorlie (Your choice of accomodation Hotel or Motel)
A morning departure from Southern Cross, travelling towards the east to Coolgardie before reaching the City of Kalgoorlie - Boulder where gold was discovered in 1893 by Paddy Hannan, an Irish Explorer.

Day 3 and 4:
Distance: kms
Enjoy your day at leisure in Kalgoorlie to explore the many interesting tourist spots including the Super Pit, Mining Hall of Fame, Museum, St Mary’s Church, Royal Flying Doctor Service Visitor Centre and the red light district of Hay Street.

Day 5:
Distance: 591 kms
Depart early in the morning from Kalgoorlie on your return journey back to Perth travelling on the Great Eastern Highway to Southern Cross, Meredin, Northam and back to Perth.

(Tour GLD04) Self-Drive the Northern Wheatbelt - 2 Nights/3 Days
Day 1:

Accomodation: Dowerin
Depart Perth in the morning and travel in an easterly direction via the Great Eastern Highway to Midland then on Toodyay Road to the country towns of Toodyay, Goomalling and Dowerin, established in 1897 as a farming town.

Day 2:
Distance: kms
Accomodation: Dalwallinu
Depart the town and travel to the agricultural towns of Wongan Hills and Dalwallinu where you can see plenty of wildflowers in season (July – September).

Day 3:
Distance: kms
Depart Dalwallinu in the morning, travelling in a southerly direction on the Great Northern Highway to New Norcia. Visit a Benedictine Monastery built in 1927. Visit the town and Monastery which includes the Museum & Art Gallery, Abbey Church & Monastery Chapel, Old Convent & Colleges, Monastery Bakery & Guest House and the New Norcia Hotel.
Next, continue your way down south travelling towards Bindoon, Swan Valley and Perth.
